Memorious, Inc. (together with our affiliates, “Memorious,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is an AI research and deployment company dedicated to building reliable and beneficial artificial intelligence systems. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data we obtain from you.

Note: This policy applies to our consumer offerings (e.g., iOS and web interfaces). If you use our Services through an enterprise or commercial agreement (e.g., Memorious API), the use of your data is governed by the terms of that specific agreement.

User Content: We collect the content you provide when interacting with our Services (“Inputs”), such as Google Mail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Meet transcripts, PDF files, other text or audio files, text prompts, file uploads, or feedback. We also collect the responses the Services generate (“Outputs”).

Communication Information: If you communicate with us (e.g., via support tickets, email, or social media), we collect your name, contact information, and the contents of your messages.

B. Personal Data We Receive Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect certain technical data, including:

Our Services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or higher age thresholds where applicable by local law). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational measures designed to protect your Personal Data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.

8. International Transfers

Memorious is based in the United States. By using our Services, you understand that your Personal Data will be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers are located. We utilize appropriate legal mechanisms for these transfers where required.
